Mark founded Pacific Coast Lending, a mortgage banking and brokerage firm, in 1992. Since then, he has funded billions of dollars in loans and is consistently ranked among the top 1% of loan originators in the country.
Mark’s experience as a CPA and his extensive knowledge of real estate combine to make him among the most knowledgeable and highly respected mortgage consultants in the business. He is known throughout the mortgage industry for working with Financial Professionals and their client’s.
Today, his passion is to educate consumers and the financial community about the benefits and utilization of reverse mortgages. Reverse Mortgages, he believes, are the most misunderstood financial tool and opportunity for an aging population.

Pattye is a 30 year veteran in the mortgage industry. She started right out of college and has never looked back. She has been involved in all facets of mortgage lending from operations to sales. Pattye is the VP of Client Relations for PCL Financial Group and heads up the Reverse Mortgage Team.
